No-Show Recovery Scripts

A set of call, text, and email scripts used by dealership BDC staff to re-engage customers who missed a scheduled sales or service appointment.

What it usually contains

  • Opening lines and reasons-for-calling for missed sales and service appointments
  • Rebooking language with offers of alternate days and times
  • Rebuttals for common excuses like 'still thinking about it' or 'bought elsewhere'
  • Text and email follow-up templates with timing intervals
  • Rules on call attempts, voicemail wording, and when to mark a lead dead

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to answer how a BDC agent should word a follow-up to a customer who didn't show, how many times and how soon to reach out, and how to handle pushback while getting the appointment rescheduled.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
