Phone Scripts
A set of written call guides the dealership's business development center uses for inbound and outbound customer phone calls.
What it usually contains
- Opening greetings and agent introductions
- Word tracks for internet leads, sales calls, and service reminders
- Questions to qualify the customer's vehicle interest, timing, and trade-in
- Rebuttals for common objections like price shopping or "just looking"
- Steps for asking for and confirming an appointment, plus voicemail and follow-up wording
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer how a BDC agent should handle a specific type of call, what to say to an objection, or how appointments are set and confirmed by phone.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
