Rehash Process Documentation
A written procedure for re-contacting customers whose deals or appointments did not close, aiming to bring them back into the sales process.
What it usually contains
- Criteria for which unsold or lost leads get worked and when
- Call, text, and email timing sequences over days or weeks
- Scripts and rebuttals for common objections like price and trade value
- Rules for looping in sales managers on payment or offer changes
- Notes, status codes, and follow-up logging requirements
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer how and when a dealership follows up on unsold showroom visits, dead deals, and no-show appointments, who owns each step, and what to say when reaching back out.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
