Harassment Training Documentation
Records proving that dealership or shop staff completed required anti-harassment training, including who attended and what was covered.
What it usually contains
- Signed attendance rosters or sign-in sheets with dates
- Course outline or topics covered, such as sexual harassment, retaliation, and reporting steps
- Instructor or provider name and training length in hours
- Employee acknowledgment forms confirming they understood the policy
- Completion certificates and quiz or comprehension results
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to confirm whether a specific employee, technician, or manager has completed harassment training and when it expires or is due again. Also useful for showing regulators, insurers, or investigators that the business met state training requirements.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
