OEM Model Guides
A manufacturer-issued reference book covering a vehicle model's trim levels, features, specifications, and options for the model year.
What it usually contains
- Trim level walkthroughs and standard equipment lists
- Option packages, colors, and upholstery choices
- Engine, towing, payload, and fuel economy specs
- Dimensions, safety features, and warranty details
- Competitive comparisons and key selling points
What the assistant uses it for
Answering customer questions about what a given trim includes, which options are available, and how versions differ. Also used to check specs like towing capacity, cargo room, or standard safety equipment before quoting a vehicle.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
