Sales Scripts
A set of prepared talking points and word tracks salespeople use when handling customers at a dealership, from first hello to closing the deal.
What it usually contains
- Greeting and meet-and-greet openers for showroom and lot traffic
- Phone and internet lead response scripts, including appointment setting
- Qualifying questions about needs, budget, trade-in, and timing
- Test drive walkaround and feature presentation language
- Responses to common objections on price, payment, and 'I need to think about it'
- Closing lines, trade-in and financing hand-off, and follow-up call scripts
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer how a salesperson should open a conversation, ask qualifying questions, present a vehicle, respond to a specific objection, or ask for the sale. Also useful for training new hires and standardizing phone and lead follow-up.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
