Multipoint Inspection Sheets

A technician's checklist recording the condition of a vehicle's major systems during a service visit, usually marked green, yellow, or red.

What it usually contains

  • Tire tread depths and pressures for each wheel
  • Brake pad and rotor measurements
  • Fluid levels and condition, including oil, coolant, and brake fluid
  • Battery test results and charging system readings
  • Checks of lights, wipers, belts, hoses, filters, and suspension
  • Color-coded condition ratings with technician notes and recommended repairs

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to answer what was checked on a vehicle, what condition each item was in, and which repairs the technician recommended or deferred. It also supports service advisor estimates and follow-up reminders for work the customer declined.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
