OEM Service Bulletins (TSBs)
Manufacturer-issued notices telling dealer service departments about known vehicle problems and the approved repair procedures for them.
What it usually contains
- Affected models, model years, and VIN or build-date ranges
- Symptom description and diagnostic steps to confirm the condition
- Step-by-step repair or software update instructions
- Required parts numbers and special tools
- Warranty labor operation codes and allowed times
What the assistant uses it for
Answering whether a customer's symptom matches a known factory-documented issue, which vehicles are covered, and what the approved fix, parts, and warranty labor time are.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
