Insurance docs

The set of insurance paperwork a construction company keeps to prove it carries required coverage on its work.

What it usually contains

  • Certificates of insurance naming policy numbers, limits, and effective dates
  • General liability, workers' compensation, auto, and umbrella/excess policies
  • Additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements
  • Builder's risk or installation floater coverage for specific projects
  • Subcontractor certificates collected before work starts
  • Claim notices, renewal notices, and premium or audit statements

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to confirm what coverage is in force, how much, and until when, and whether a project's or contract's insurance requirements are met. It also answers who is listed as additional insured and whether subcontractors' certificates are current.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
