Zoning regulations
Local rules setting what can be built on a piece of land, how big it can be, and where it can sit.
What it usually contains
- Zoning district maps and permitted, conditional, and prohibited uses
- Setback, height, lot coverage, and density limits
- Parking, loading, landscaping, and signage requirements
- Variance, special use permit, and rezoning procedures
- Nonconforming use rules and overlay or historic district provisions
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to check whether a planned building or use is allowed on a given parcel and what dimensional limits apply. It also answers what approvals, hearings, or variances are needed before permitting.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
