Safety manuals
A written guide setting out a construction company's safety rules, required protective gear, and procedures for work in the field.
What it usually contains
- company safety policy and responsibilities by role
- personal protective equipment requirements by task
- hazard-specific procedures (fall protection, trenching, electrical, confined space, ladders and scaffolds)
- incident reporting, first aid, and emergency response steps
- toolbox talk, training, and inspection requirements with sign-off forms
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer what safety rules and gear apply to a given task, who is responsible for inspections and training, and what steps to follow after an injury, near miss, or site emergency.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
