Timesheet instructions

A guide that shows construction workers and supervisors how to fill in, submit, and approve their time records each week.

What it usually contains

  • Step-by-step instructions for logging daily hours by job or cost code
  • Rules for recording overtime, breaks, travel, and per diem
  • Codes for holidays, sick days, vacation, and unpaid absence
  • Submission and approval deadlines, and who signs off
  • Common errors, correction procedures, and consequences of late or false entries

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to answer how hours should be recorded and coded to the right job, when timesheets are due, and how to fix or approve a submitted timesheet.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
