Jobsite checklists

A set of standard checklists used on a construction site to verify that daily tasks, safety steps, and work quality are done and recorded.

What it usually contains

  • Daily start-of-work and end-of-day walkthrough items
  • Safety and housekeeping checks such as fall protection, barricades, and PPE
  • Quality and inspection sign-offs before covering or pouring work
  • Equipment, tool, and material condition checks
  • Space for date, crew, location, initials, and noted deficiencies

What the assistant uses it for

Answer questions about what must be checked before, during, and after a work activity on site, and who signs off. Useful for confirming inspection sequences, safety verification steps, and how site deficiencies get logged and closed out.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
