Monthly reconciliation templates
A standard worksheet used each month to compare account balances in the general ledger against outside records and explain any differences.
What it usually contains
- Opening and closing balances per the ledger and per the bank or third-party statement
- Itemized list of differences such as outstanding checks, deposits in transit, and unposted fees
- Supporting schedules for accruals, prepaids, intercompany, and clearing accounts
- Sign-off lines for the preparer and reviewer with dates
- Notes on aged or unresolved items carried to the next period
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer how a month-end account was reconciled, what differences remained and why, and who prepared and approved the reconciliation.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
