Sales training materials
Training content used to teach finance staff how to sell products and services to prospects and existing clients.
What it usually contains
- Product overviews and typical client fit for each offering
- Scripts and talking points for calls, meetings and objection handling
- Sales process steps from lead to closed application
- Compliance rules on suitability, disclosures and what may not be promised
- Role-play exercises, case scenarios and knowledge checks
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about how new advisers or relationship managers are trained to pitch products, handle objections and stay within disclosure rules. Also useful for checking what the standard sales steps, approved language and onboarding milestones are.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
