Clinic Floor Workflow Diagram
A visual map of how patients and staff move through a clinic, from check-in through exam rooms to checkout.
What it usually contains
- Floor layout showing reception, waiting area, exam rooms, and lab or treatment spaces
- Step-by-step patient path from arrival to departure
- Staff handoff points between front desk, nurse, and provider
- Room turnover and cleaning steps
- Notes on bottlenecks, wait times, or overflow seating
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer where a patient goes at each stage of a visit and which staff member is responsible for each handoff. Helpful for training new front desk hires and finding causes of waiting room backups.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
