Patient Welcome Packet
An information packet given to new patients at their first visit, explaining how the practice works and what is expected of them.
What it usually contains
- practice hours, location, parking, and contact numbers
- provider and staff introductions with credentials
- appointment scheduling, cancellation, and no-show policies
- insurance, copay, and billing payment expectations
- prescription refill and after-hours or urgent care instructions
- privacy practices notice and patient rights summary
What the assistant uses it for
Answering new-patient questions about office policies, what to bring to a first appointment, how billing and refills are handled, and who to call after hours.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
