Continuing Education Tracking Sheet
A running record of the continuing education credits each clinical staff member has earned toward license renewal.
What it usually contains
- Employee name, role, license number and renewal date
- Course or activity titles with dates completed
- Credit hours earned and accrediting body
- Required credit totals versus hours completed to date
- Notes on certificates received and outstanding requirements
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to check whether a nurse, therapist, or physician has met the education hours required before their license expires, and which staff still owe credits. It also answers what training was completed, when, and how many hours it counted for.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
