EHR User Guides (SimplePractice, Charm, Athena, etc.)
A step-by-step manual showing clinic staff how to use their electronic health record system day to day.
What it usually contains
- login, user roles, and permission setup
- how to schedule appointments and check patients in
- charting, note templates, and e-prescribing steps
- billing, claims, and superbill workflows
- screenshots and troubleshooting tips for common errors
What the assistant uses it for
Answering how-to questions about entering notes, booking visits, running reports, or fixing a stuck claim in the practice's record system. Also used for training new front desk and clinical staff.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
