Alcohol server permit documents
Records showing that staff who serve or sell alcohol hold the state-required server training certification and permit.
What it usually contains
- Employee name, position, and hire date
- Certificate or permit number and issuing body
- Training completion date and expiration date
- Copies of certification cards or course certificates
- Tracking list of who needs renewal and when
What the assistant uses it for
Answer whether a given employee is currently certified to serve alcohol, when their permit expires, and which staff need retraining. Also used to produce proof of compliance during a liquor board inspection or license renewal.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
