Equipment safety data sheets (SDS/MSDS)

Manufacturer-supplied safety sheets for the chemicals and equipment-related substances kept on site, listing hazards, handling rules, and first aid steps.

What it usually contains

  • Product name, manufacturer contact, and emergency phone number
  • Hazard classifications, warning symbols, and signal words
  • Ingredient list with exposure limits
  • Safe handling, storage, and spill cleanup instructions
  • First aid, firefighting, and required protective gear (gloves, goggles)

What the assistant uses it for

Answering what a staff member should do after skin contact, a splash to the eyes, or a spill of a cleaning or sanitizing chemical, and what protective equipment and storage conditions each product requires. Also used to show inspectors that hazard information is available to employees where chemicals are used.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
