Expansion strategy documents
An executive plan setting out where and how a restaurant or hotel group intends to grow over the next few years.
What it usually contains
- target markets and site selection criteria
- unit growth timeline by year and region
- capital needs and cost-per-location estimates
- ownership model choices such as company-owned, franchise, or management contract
- projected sales, margins, and payback periods per site
What the assistant uses it for
Answering questions about how many new locations are planned, which markets are being targeted and why, what each opening is expected to cost and return, and whether growth will come through franchising or company-owned units.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
