Social media content calendars
A scheduling document that maps out what a restaurant or hotel will post on each social channel, by date.
What it usually contains
- Post dates and times by platform
- Captions, hashtags, and links
- Photo or video assets assigned to each post
- Themes tied to promotions, holidays, and menu changes
- Approval status and who is responsible for posting
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer what is scheduled to post on a given day or channel, which promotions and seasonal events are being publicized, and who owns each post. It also shows posting frequency and the mix of content types across a week or month.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
