Seasonal menu planning docs

A working document used to plan the dishes a restaurant will offer in an upcoming season, before the menu is finalized.

What it usually contains

  • Dish ideas and draft descriptions by course
  • Seasonal ingredient availability and peak windows
  • Supplier and pricing notes for key items
  • Target food cost and suggested selling prices
  • Rollout dates, tasting notes, and kitchen prep needs

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to answer what dishes are planned for a given season, which ingredients they rely on, and when the new menu is meant to launch. It also shows expected costs, pricing intentions, and which items are being dropped or carried over.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
