Hospitality & Restaurant · Multi-Location Management
Store-by-store operating manuals
Site-specific operating guides that adapt a chain's standard procedures to each individual restaurant or hotel location.
What it usually contains
- Location details: address, floor plan, seating or room counts, equipment list
- Opening, closing, and shift-by-shift task checklists for that site
- Local staffing structure, shift patterns, and key contacts
- Local permits, health code, and landlord or lease-driven rules
- Delivery schedules, vendor contacts, and waste or utility arrangements for the site
What the assistant uses it for
Use to answer how a particular location runs day to day and where its procedures differ from the brand standard. Helpful for onboarding new managers, covering shifts across sites, and checking local compliance or vendor arrangements.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
