Anti-harassment policy documents
A written workplace policy stating that harassment is prohibited, what counts as harassment, and how staff report it.
What it usually contains
- Definitions and examples of sexual harassment, bullying, and discrimination
- Rules covering staff, managers, guests, vendors, and contractors
- Reporting steps, including who to tell and alternate contacts if the manager is involved
- Investigation process, confidentiality, and no-retaliation promise
- Discipline and consequences, plus employee acknowledgment signature page
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer what behavior is prohibited in a restaurant or hotel, how an employee or manager should report and handle a harassment complaint, and what protections and penalties apply.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
