BOH training manuals
A training guide for back-of-house kitchen staff covering prep, cooking, safety and cleaning procedures.
What it usually contains
- station-by-station duties for prep, grill, fry and dish
- recipe specs, portion sizes and plating standards
- food safety rules: temperatures, storage, labeling, cross-contamination
- opening, closing and cleaning checklists
- equipment operation and knife handling safety
- training timelines with sign-off and skills checks
What the assistant uses it for
Answering how a new cook is trained and evaluated, what each kitchen station is responsible for, and what food safety and sanitation steps staff must follow.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
