FOH training manuals

A training guide for front-of-house staff covering how to greet, serve, and handle guests during a shift.

What it usually contains

  • Step-by-step service sequence from greeting to check presentation
  • Menu and beverage knowledge, allergens, and suggested pairings
  • Point-of-sale and order-entry procedures
  • Dress code, side work, and opening and closing duties
  • Guest complaint handling and alcohol service rules

What the assistant uses it for

Answer questions about how servers, hosts, and bartenders are expected to run a table or shift, and what new front-of-house hires are taught during onboarding and certification.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
