Safety training materials
Training content used to teach restaurant and hotel staff how to work safely and handle emergencies on the job.
What it usually contains
- knife handling, slip and fall, and burn prevention lessons
- chemical handling and labeling instructions for cleaning products
- emergency procedures for fires, injuries, and evacuations
- personal protective equipment and safe lifting guidance
- quizzes, sign-off sheets, and attendance records
What the assistant uses it for
Answer questions about what safety topics staff must be trained on, how often refreshers happen, and what steps to follow after an injury or spill. Also useful for checking how training completion is documented.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
