Uniform standards
A written policy describing what staff must wear on shift, covering each role's uniform, grooming rules, and how items are issued and replaced.
What it usually contains
- Required uniform pieces by role, such as kitchen, host, server, and bar
- Shoe, apron, and name tag requirements
- Grooming rules for hair, nails, jewelry, and visible tattoos
- Laundering, condition, and replacement expectations
- How uniforms are issued, any deposit or cost, and return at separation
What the assistant uses it for
Answering what a new hire needs to wear on their first shift, whether a specific item or accessory is allowed, and who pays for uniforms and replacements.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
