Agency overview PDFs

A short printed or emailed brochure describing an insurance agency's history, staff, carriers, and the types of coverage it places.

What it usually contains

  • Agency history, ownership, and office locations
  • List of carriers represented and appointment status
  • Lines of business written, such as commercial property, auto, and workers' comp
  • Staff bios, licenses, and service team contacts
  • Client industries served and account size range

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to answer questions about who the agency is, which insurers and coverage lines it can write, and how its service team is organized. It is also a source for the boilerplate used in proposals, prospect packets, and carrier appointment requests.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
