Client onboarding packets

A set of welcome and setup materials given to a new insurance client after coverage is placed, explaining their policies and how service works.

What it usually contains

  • Welcome letter and named service contacts with phone, email, and after-hours claim numbers
  • Summary of coverages, limits, deductibles, and policy effective dates
  • Billing and payment instructions, due dates, and installment options
  • Claim reporting steps and required information or forms
  • Certificate, ID card, and endorsement request procedures
  • Service calendar with renewal, audit, and review dates

What the assistant uses it for

Answering what a newly onboarded client was told about their coverage, billing schedule, and who to contact for service or claims. Also useful for checking the standard steps and documents required to set up a new account.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
