Deductible explanation sheets

A short handout that explains how a policy's deductible works and what the customer pays before coverage applies.

What it usually contains

  • Definition of a deductible in plain terms
  • Deductible amounts by coverage type, such as collision, comprehensive, wind or hail
  • Worked payment examples showing claim amount, deductible, and insurer payout
  • Notes on percentage versus flat-dollar deductibles
  • How changing the deductible affects the premium

What the assistant uses it for

Answering client questions about what they owe out of pocket on a claim, how their deductible is applied, and whether raising or lowering it changes their premium.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
