Monthly reconciliation sheets

A monthly worksheet that matches internal insurance accounting records against bank, premium, and claims statements to explain any differences.

What it usually contains

  • Opening and closing balances per account
  • Line-by-line comparison of ledger entries to bank or bordereau statements
  • Lists of unmatched premium receipts, commission deductions, and claim payments
  • Aging of outstanding or suspense items with explanations
  • Adjusting journal entries and preparer/reviewer sign-off

What the assistant uses it for

Use it to answer where cash, premium, or claims balances differ from the general ledger and why, and to see which items remain unreconciled at month end and who approved the closing figures.

How it is versioned

A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system

Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.

You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
