Producer training manuals
A training guide for new insurance agents covering the products they sell, sales practices, and licensing and compliance rules.
What it usually contains
- Product overviews by line of business, with coverage terms and typical customers
- Licensing, appointment, and continuing education requirements
- Sales process steps: prospecting, needs analysis, quoting, applications, and follow-up
- Compliance rules on suitability, disclosures, replacement, and advertising
- Quoting and underwriting basics, commission structure, and production expectations
What the assistant uses it for
Use to answer what a newly hired or newly appointed agent must learn and do before selling, and how the company expects products to be presented to clients. Also useful for questions about licensing steps, allowed sales language, and onboarding timelines.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
