Cross-sell guides
An internal sales reference showing which additional insurance products to offer existing policyholders and how to raise the conversation.
What it usually contains
- Product pairings, such as auto with home or renters, and life with disability
- Trigger events that signal a need, like a marriage, new baby, home purchase, or renewal
- Suggested talking points, discovery questions, and answers to common objections
- Multi-policy discount and bundling details, plus eligibility rules
- Referral and handoff steps to specialists, with compliance and disclosure reminders
What the assistant uses it for
Use it to answer which second or third policy fits a given customer, when to bring it up, and what discount or bundle applies. It also covers approved wording and the internal steps for passing a lead to another line of business.
How it is versioned
A document of this type has exactly one current version at a time. Upload a revision and it becomes the version that counts — the one before it is kept and dated, but is no longer what your assistant answers from. Nothing is ever deleted, so you can always show what this document said on a given date.

On one AI system
Everything your company knows.
One version that counts.
You already own the documents. We make them the only thing your AI is allowed to answer from, and we keep them current — so nobody quotes last year’s price by accident again.
